I just found out what this knife is. I've been looking for a good knife for my mother-in-law for skinning deer hogs and pretty much anything we bring her dead. lol would this be a good knife for that. and would it be hard to make for a stock removal method?

I have a few WIP I've been wanting to do a Distal Taper on but still unclear about how to do it. I've been shown how to do it for the handle. is it the same for the blade or no. just hold at an angle and grind?? All help welcome. Thanks -YoungPup

hahahahhahaha yea when I arms get bare my legs get shaved.

this hair isnt new to being shaved by a blade. I get it from my dad you can always tell when we been sharping knives. from our arm hair, well lack of hahaha

Does black walnut need to be stabilized or can I just put it on a knife for handles scales?

I don't really like them myself. BUT... People don't understand there real use and want them on some blades. Not full length serrations but on like the back half.
