    Thanks for the replies. I think i am going to get a more powerful shop vac. I am mainly looking for something for handle material dust. I always wear a mask so its really just to help keep things clean. I found a 5.5 horse power vac, and I am thinking that thing will suck quite well...

    Chef's knife for Blade

    Working in kitchens helped to get me through college, and I would have loved to use a knife like that. Great job Ed there is nothing better than a traditon chef's blade.

    I have one of Fred's jigs. Its a pretty cool device because you are free-handing your blade. it really helps to keep you angles correct. I am still a newbie though.
