    Hello Dogs, Here's a clip point hunter just finished. Hope you like it. Specs -OAL is 9.75" with 5.25" blade -Blade is 1084 at ~58rc -Flat ground with tapered tang -Stabilized Koa handle -416 bolsters are tapered, dovetailed and triple pinned Thanks for looking.

    If you're using 1084 then tempering at no hotter than 400 should leave you with an approximate hardness of 60rc (which should chip out before it rolls over). My guess is you need to work on your HT procedure.

    Here's one just finished. It's a double ground "Tactical" style hunter. Specs - 1084 carbon steel. - OAL is 9 1/2". Blade is 5" long with false edge on top and jimping along the spine. - Hollow ground - Handle is stabilized Koa and the tang is tapered. Comments or critiques welcome...

    Finishing this one up now. OAL is 10.5" with 5.5" 154cm blade. Handle is white camel bone with red g10 spacers and corby bolts. Thanks for looking. and finally the handle with a CA finish
