Difficulty depends on how good a result you want at the end. A hidden tang in it's basic form can be the easiest - drill a hole, push the tang in, rivet the end over or put wedges in the front if the tang doesn't go all the way through. I definitely think that a hidden tang can be harder...

Hacksaw with a good blade, drill some holes at corners and half way spots. :)

To be fair they responded to a comment I sent them about the new format pretty quickly last week. I would def say it's not an issue your end as both you and Art are seeing problems.

Bet it's to do with the change to the new format. Mine are there but I switched back to the old format a few days ago.

Gorgeouos wood and great lines. Hunt out some of the Yellow Mallee too - it's a favourite of mine. I think I agree with Eric that the bolster should be remade but if you're happy to sell it as it that's fine. It certainly won't affect function.

Art, I've just had a look in some of your other threads and the pics are still there so it must just be a little glitch with photobucket. Is it showing the new format for you? If the pics were deleted they wouldn't show in your threads. :)
