This morning i finished a birdseye damascus L6/1075 hunter with snakewood and buffalo horn guard with a red copper pin. I forged the blade some time ago but never had a chance to finish it until today The Damascus is not made by me it's from Matt James from New Zeeland, a great damast maker...

Finished a Japanese kitchen chopper, forged out of suminagashi, scales are striped tiger maple with red copper pins,...1 knife came out good after the (yaki ire) water quench and the smaller one had a crack. Full tang tapered with a full flat convex edge (thickest part in the middle 3,8 mm) 26...
