    Things I noticed. Lock on first one was pretty deep already. And you must like cutting Ti because your lay out is wasting a lot of Ti and making you work more. Great effort and like the design. Keep it up !!! Dave

    Ive made many liner locks but made them differently than than this process. I even have Don Robinson's book on fitting the lock but the blade is cut first and lock 2nd. So its the lock first and blade 2nd that is throwing me. I ll check out the links thanks Dave

    I am making my first liner lock and I need to cut the relief on the lock bar. I have a mini Mill , what tool should I use ? Cut it down to .5-.6 ? How wide does it need to be ? Any tutorials anywhere ? Its a Bulldog so the width isn't restricted. thanks Dave

    Mini Mill Project

    I ve had a mini mill for a while but dont know how to use it really. I want to make some nice looking Clamp straps tapered nose for smaller work. I have some steel ones from clamping kit. Any tips to make them ? I plan on using 3/8 alum. thanks Dave
