hey guys here goes 1 can blades get dull by themselves in storage? if so why/how to prevent it? 2 i do my sharpening and resharpening on my grinder (200, (or directly to)400, then strop belt on grinder with white polishing compound), any suggestions for 'manual' resharpening or higher...

hey guys, the title says it all!! :) still unsharpened i'm not sure what caused the 'halos' around the pins but they actually look nice! only problem i have no buffer, so i went to 400g then put polishing compound on the belt, so i am guessing this could look a lot better if done...

When doing flat grinding you can pretty much go as high as you want with the bevel. I dont measure angles, just scribe center line, break the esge with old belt at bout 45 degree angle, sometimes i increase it since i still eont have a very good handle on this then i mark a line tht will be the...
