That looks great but WOW, I can only imagine how the grinding went on it. That steel is as tough as the blade looks. Hope you did some pre-HT grinding to save on belts. That'll last you a good long time.

Great looking blade overall. I have to agree with Anthony that this is something I'd want to keep as a family heirloom because of what is put into it and it being a milestone blade. In any case, I'm sure you'll get a great price for it at the show. It's beautiful.

Those are great looking pieces overall. Your grind lines and plunges are getting much more clean and even. I love making file knives and the steel is pretty good overall.

Thank you Mike, I spent a lot of time just hammering on metal not really making anything but playing around and getting a feel of the hammer, anvil and steel. I've been calling it the "Blacksmith's Trinity" at home and my wife just rolls her eyes at me. I've been making blades for about 4...
