    cutting titanium ?

    You need a finer blade, the material is getting in the gullets and trying to cut too much at one time. This is why the teeth are breaking off. You should have at least two and preferably three teeth in the cut. Joe

    Punch press

    Presses like this do not stop when they hit the part, they have to go all the way through the stroke. I think it would be dangerous to hit hot steel with one. I have seen many of these in action and can be very dangerous if not used properly.

    Drilling Talonite?

    Are you enlarging holes or making new ones? A carbide endmill works better for enlarging existing holes, just make sure the set-up is solid.
