I believe you just need to put the power to the location the black and white wires currently are. The ground wire will go under the green screw. Just break the black wire through your switch to control it.

I feel the same way. I use maybe 3-4 knives for hunting and about the same for the kitchen. Still love making them, just never got into the collecting side.
