    Commercial stabilizing set up

Ironwood knives.com was the guy who was posting on some knife forums several years ago about his system. Can't comment on how good a system it is though. Chris

    Shipping overseas?

I wouldn't worry about it, State what it is on the customs form and let the buyer know you will not be responsible if customs claims it because it is not legal. You wont be doing anything illegal as long as you fill out the customs form completely and truthfully. Chris

    folding steel questions

Well the fact you were using flux is a good sign. I am going to guess you were not hitting welding temps. I shoot for about 2250 degrees when I forge weld, which should be close to a white heat. Oh and my flux is bubbling wildly on my steel, BTW I use 20 mule team borax as flux and a pyrometer...

I just took the shots today of the small knife I ground with my 4" wheel. I really like the look and plan on using this wheel more often when hollow grinding small knives. THis is the first time I have used it BTW. CW

Yep, I just ground out a small knife yesterday on a 4" wheel. Just know your grind will not go that high on that small a wheel. Chris
