You're going to need to get them made, or buy 3/16 long and shorten them.
I'm having a glitch with my vendor at the moment, I'll share them with you if they straighten it out tomorrow, otherwise I can't recommend them.
I have a bunch of titanium ones that are .142 -.145 that I had made a few years ago I'm not using, but they are pretty pricey.

Shipping is prohibitive though unless you buy a lot.
I'm on my 3rd batch of 500, they just accidentally sent to my old address, so there was a delay.
Since it was Christmas, it took a couple of days to get a tracking # sorted out.
As far as I can tell, 1/16" and 1/8" increments are all you will find.
For specific sizes, you gotta have them made.
