I have recently become an ironwood fan and those two look great. How did you finish them?

I sand up to 600 grit, sometimes up to 1500, then buff and wax. Ironwood is my favorite. Use it more than any other handle material.

Very nice batch of knives- like all of 'em but the ironwood ones are my favorites too with the guards.
