3 axis milling table? - where can I find one?

I've been warned not to make my own surface grinder, but!, I'm one of those hardheaded types that doesn't learn until I fail myself?

That said, if it's even called that, anyone know where I can find a small cheap one? I found a bunch of small 2axis, but none with a vertical adjustment unless it was attached to a several hundred dollar machine.

I think I've got a simple rig that will work, roughly, for wht I need.

Finding a 3 axis machine with no milling or grinding head will prove very difficult. Grizzly has some decent 2 axis tables. Most folk will build the 3rd axis. If you'd like I can take a few pics of how I built a third axis on a milling table, I've got a router mounted to it, but I've never used it yet. I need to brace the tower up yet and I've lost interest, so it just sits there and waits :)
