Almost done with my meat cutter project called the "CARNICERO". The blade is hollow ground from D2 which is hardened and cryo'd down to 60 rc. OAL is 9 1/8" and the blade length is 4 1/2". The handle material is cocobolo and it has vine file work on the spine. Still needs a bit more sanding to clean up the scratches but I couldnt help myself I just had to give it a quick buff to see this bad boy come out. Let me know what you guys think.
