Nice design and looks like you finished it well. I would suggest that aligning the front of the scales to be parallel to the bevel grind or perhaps rounding the front of the scales slightly would give you greater asthetics and a more pleasing end product.
By bringing the bottom edge of the scales back just a little bit, would make all the difference. Still looks good though.
I dont mean this to be harsh or mean, just trying to help.
 
A whole lot better then my 3rd knife ! Listen to everyones say and then take that info and use it towards your next knife. You will see what they mean will make more sense to you as you move along in your knife making..

Please Eric, keep the suggestions coming. I have thick skin and can take corrective criticism. :biggrin: You're right though. Next time I'm going to make sure I align the top of the scales and sand them down so they're not flat on top.
