Anyone know who made this knife

I'll take a stab and say Kent Adams! :)

There's no makers mark from the looks of it so hard to say if that is an orig or a knockoff of something old. The bottom of that handle looks pretty uncomfortable.
 
My first thought was a Pakistani made knife with a sheath Kent Adams made, then saw the engraving on the guard. As Chris said, who knows.
 
Rambo lives on in this Rambo III copy! So, post 1988, at least.
My bet would be on someone not-a-knifemaker but shop-skilled.
