Big Ulgy Knife

I needed a big knife quick, so here it is. The blade is 10" long, handle 5" long, 5/16 thick at the riccaso with distal taper. i used 5160 for the steel, there was too much grinding to call it forged. I made up some "jeancarta" in black and green for the handle. She is a bear

I have never sold any "Jeancarta" but it is dead easy to make.

just use cotton based fabric, synthetics are hateful to work with and sometimes they don’t soak up the resin very well. I like to throw another color in the mix to change things up a little.
