This is a knife that is being mailed to me.
I am pretty excited about getting it.
I have always liked Claudio's laminated blades and sculpted handles.

There is a guy in Holland who makes really cool integrals.
Hopefully I will be able to get one of his knives in the future.
He makes cool knives but from what I have heard......well, he wears wooden shoes.

No, the pair I am using now are poplar. I prefer willow, it is more waterproof but it wears faster.
