Boning Knife

My latest from the shop. Finished this design last week and auctioned it off. This one is made from cpm154 with double bolsters and giraffe bone handles for comfort. The blade is 3 5/8" and the OAL is 8 3/8" with a 5/32" thickness. SUPER SHARP! I call it the "ESPINA".

Wow! thats perfect finish coupled with a timeless design.

Very, very nice. I love the front and rear bolsters on the handle, and how all the textures play off each other. Also, the shape of that knife looks like it would be extremely comfortable in the hand and very useful.
