Camel Bone Scales, To seal or Not to seal?
Should I seal camel bone scales? If so with what? I usually finish my wood scales with Tung or Tru-Oil.

I buff them then use a few coats of renaissance wax. if there are any voids or cracks you want to fill them with glue,then finish and buff so you don't get any discoloring from the buffing compound. or you could just finish them to 600 grit or so and wax them,the wax will seal them.
