Really like your handle bolster treatment. I'm trying to imagine how good that knife feels in hand.

I'm getting excited about making some knives as the cooler weather approaches.

I'm looking forward to Cooler weather to as we have been almost or 100plus for the past 3 months.Next week is supposed to be in the mid to high 90s.
My shop is in a Metal building and gets up 128 in there, like trying to work in an oven so I don't

Sweet knife!

That Micarta looks like the old Westinghouse brand. I use to have a bunch of it & that pattern and color.
I purchased at Angus Campbell here in L.A. about 10 years ago. It was old stock made about 20 years prior to that!

I've heard that Westinghouse is making it again?

Very nice Handle and bolster work.

Yes it is the old Westinghouse Paper Micarta,I have enough of this pattern to do one regulars size knife and one small Knife left,And it came from Angus Cambell about 30 years ago
Thank for the nice words

I wish they still made some of the old style micarta as I love to work withy the lined stuff. You can be more creative with it.
A kcouple of Knifemakers back in the day,Norm Levine and Alex Collins use to use a bunch of the White with Blue Lines or Red lines,I still have a little of both of those.
Dave,
That is very Cool! I knew that was The KIND! As they say in Hawaii. I might have a couple of sets left too? Have to check it out?
