Clip point Shark and Bushcraft Osprey

Here a couple both with a 4” blade edge in 5/32” thick CPM S30V. Here are the specs

Shark
Clip point with hollow ground blade, 10” overall and multiple handle positions with thumb and finger grooves. The handle is green canvas Micarta on black G10 with palm swell, mosaic pins, and stainless guard pins and tang tube. Paul Bos heat treat to +/-59.

Osprey
Bushcraft style knife 8-7/8” overall with thumb traction rounded polished back edge and flat ground blade. Paul Bos heat treat to +/-59. The handle is brown canvas Micarta with bright yellow spacer, palm swell, double mosaic pins and stainless guard pins and tang tube.

How do you do your thumb non slip grooves?
 
Good lookin work. I have to agree with Shawn, the "Osprey" looks like it will really get the job done.

Meno the small texture on the Osprey is done with a checkering file and the grooves on the Shark are done with a 1/2" wheel on the grinder...and some practice.
