Clips in Black

KNIFE MAKER
Finished this little batch of clip points based on Boss's CPM 154 blanks, black G10, SS Torx, and Boltaron sheaths for a customer today. They should make good durable users. The green one is mine (I like green knives). Comments and critiques welcome and thanks for lookin'.

Very nice work. Clean, functional, rugged and elegant. You made good use of a 3/16 (1/4"?) roundover bit:)

Thanks for the comments guys, appreciate the positive feedback.
Bush Monkey, I used a 1/8" bit as scales were .200 and wasn't sure results I'd get with a 1/4" bit. I may get 3/16" for same thickness material next time (Lowes didn't have a 3/16") or use full 1/4" scales and 1/4" bit- in any case I like the look and much easier than files, as you know!

Thanks for the clarification. You have the right idea - match material thickness to the roundover bit radius. BOSCH makes them in 1/16" increments and they seem to last longer when working with G10.

Bush Monkey thanks for the info on the radius cutters- I'll have to order a Bosch 3/16" to have on hand...

Thanks for that Art. I decided to put plunge right on guard which is not the normal way to grind these but thought this integrates the guard better with grind.

I was the guy he made the knives for. He did a great job! The pictures don't do them justice.
