D2 and Rosewood

KNIFE MAKER
Happy new year everyone - Just finished this hunter that was completed from a blank from T. Barminski. It has a well-hollowed handle so balances well, and is beefy enough to do heavy work but compact enough for easy carry. This is first time using rosewood burl and think is new fave wood. Have started using cork belts on a 14" wheel which is helping with mirror finishes.
Specs: D2 RC60 and LN2 cryo, .250 thick, 4.75 blade and 10.25 OA, rosewood burl and red G10 spacers, 3 mosaic pins and SS tube, 6-7 oz leather holster by me with pigskin liner and attempted antler carving. Thanks for lookin' and all comments welcome.

You certainly did a great job of finishing that blade and handle.
The sheath is really complimentary as well.

Nice sheath too!!!!!!!

Ausbrooks,

Those plunge lines down right voluptuous, I can't take my eyes off them when I look at the knife. How did you achieve them?

Duncan

Thanks Duncan! I have a wheel that I cut big radius' on, maybe 3/4", and it's a softer duro, about 65.
