Damascus hunter

This little hunter turned out pretty well. It started life as a scrap of Alabama Damascus, and ended up as this little beauty.
I got the wood from a gunsmith buddy, he had it in his burn barrel!! Just goes to show, “One mans trash is another mans treasure”

Turkish walnut. I’ve got a buddy that makes custom gun stocks for best English guns, and I get the off cuts, before they hit the burn barrel. Pretty sweet deal.
