Damascus Santoku with matching (large) walnut cutting board.

This was an order from a customer so I figured I would share it. He wanted a large walnut cutting board and a matching chef’s knife. The cutting board and knife scales were made from the same tree. I am not a big fan of the Walnut against the Damascus but the customer gets what he wants. I am happy with the way the project turned out, others have tried to buy it so I hope he comes to get it soon before someone makes me an offer I cannot refuse.

I'm a big fan of the classic brass/walnut combo. Can't help myself. I suspect as the contrast in the Damascus evens and the handle gets some wear on it will ooze class. Nice work.
