I did for the JD halloween Build Off a fixed blade a bit strange 
The Devil Tongue
30 cm long : 16 cm sharp : 7 cm for the secondary edge
3 mm Niolox blade , under aluminium plate hardening to 1040°c (kept 25mn) , 200°c during 30mn x2 tempering.
Half full tang building and G10 Orange/black handle
