hi,
i have listed several knives on Ebay just to test the waters. What has the overall experience? I am using Ebay because it seems to be the easiest and fastest way to start selling other than a table on a street corner.
Thanks for you responses.

eBay although in my opinion rightly-regarded as a lower reputation manner of selling has worked well enough for me at times, especially when I was very new and needed more eyes on my work. It's 15% fees right off the top plus your shipping costs, and you definitely want to spring for all the options when you ship...signature confirmation and insurance. We all have had lived through horror stories caused by unscrupulous buyers defrauding the seller in one form or another, and PayPal (eBay's payment processor) is notorious for siding with the buyer. It definitely has a low entry burden...the best pics you can take and an hour of your time will get your work out in front of potential buyers. Just be aware of PayPal and eBay's predatory policies and you'll likely do fine.
