Etching stencils

I'm in desperate need of new etching stencils.
I need to etch batches of about a 1000 blades at a time, and the stencils that are available locally in South Africa don't last for more than about 10 cycles.

Can anyone please assist me?

Although you're in South Africa, I'd still give IMG Electromark a call. There are many fine smaller companies and solo guys that do stencil work, but for this kind of volume I'd recommend IMG.
