Got an awesome deal from GerryRandall it is a Fowler Hardness tester which appears to be built by AMES because it is identical very good quality and looks like I was doing pretty good job everything I tested was between 57-60 c scale but it is nice to know.

ive been trying for a year now, so congrats its got to feel nice just to now you were getting it right. and have a little proof in the pudding to the reasons you do things.

I would like to buy a hardness tester as well. If anyone know of one odor sale please PM me.
Thanks

Jim ask Dennis next time you talk to him . He has to have some connections in Calgary. I know a decent tester is 800 and up but the odd auction sale spits um out cheap. Kellyw
