Finally made a decent file guide

I would like brazing/welding/ silver soldering equipment but I cannot believe this small bottle brazing really works, I can imagine it messing up the temper, any off advice on this..

What a difference this file guide makes.

1st attempt and first dry fit! Historically this has been a file, fit , file, fit... to get the shoulders to sit flush with no daylight under one end of one shoulder.

I’d say that file is a quality piece to get such a good fit right off the bat.
