Both are CPM154CM with tappered tang, 416SS Dovetailed bolsters, matching Amboyna Burl Handles, 416SS & Mosaic Pins, and have handtooled leather sheaths.

I really don't know what angle that is, I grind it by hand holding the knife vertically and eye balling it. Takes a bit of fine tuning to get them aligned but not too bad.
