My buddy sent me this picture today.
Anyone know who might have made this?

rc-mir.com is a russion community site... and google translated it for me, but I have no idea where to start looking for that pic...

My first thought was Bruce Bump, but I don't think he's russian... :)

It IS wicked-cool though...

Yeah, I immediately thought of Bruce too. :)

I tried the Ruskie link too, but I thought maybe it was just a re-hosted picture.

Pretty cool for sure . I do see some things I don't like and almost make it look like it is pieced together from cast off components. The lock looks almost like a reshaped spanish deal especially the frizzen spring, pan and frizzen. But then the hammer looks well done. the trigger looks totally out of place (wrong shape for the era ect) and the trigger gaurd in profile looks clunky but probably works for the piece when in the hand. Lastly the stock not sure what the wood is but looks very weak through the wrist, with the rest of the piece somewhat plain and looking more intended to use and not just a show piece the wood grain across the thw wrist makes me think it would be weak if you actually hit something(or someone :) ) with it. OK wow that sounds really critical lol I do actually like it but details get me I guess.
