There's a handful of plans/drawings for sale at USAKnifemaker, by Don Robinson that are laid out quite nicely. I wanna say that if you by one of his books, that there may be some plans included as well. Other than that, I can't say I've seen too many "complete drawings" elsewhere. Personally, I've taken older slipjoints and lockbacks apart to make some templates from. I've also drawn them up from scratch in a CAD program. Once you understand a couple of basic design principles for the "mechanisms", it's really just a matter of changing blade and handle shapes to your liking.
