[h=2]PRODUCT DESCRIPTION[/h]The T.O.A.D. (Toggle Operated Anti Drag) Folder has a unique toggle mechanism where the locking of the blade is accomplished entirely by the geometry of freely moving pivot points. Unlike other folding knife mechanisms, no drag or friction is generated.
The "Thumb Trap" consists of four individual thumb wheels, allowing ambidextrous opening while preventing thumb slippage in four directions.
One hand closing is also ambidextrous. To disengage the lock, it is only necessary to push up on either control pin, an action that also starts the blade towards closed. Once the blade passes the halfway point, pressure on the control pin can be released and the blade will complete its travel toward closed by spring pressure.
This T.O.A.D. folder has a bead blast and polished finished blade and a bead blast titanium frame with brown micarta overlays. Ambidextrous swing arm pocket clip. Perfect function. Has very light scratches on the blade that are hard to see.
