Long time no post
I finished up these three Gyutos awhile ago just finally getting around to throwing up some pics. Please feel free to critique, judge, slam, or share whatever is on your mind
Specs-
Blades- 52100 steel 245mm tip to heel. Fully hardened and tempered to approximately 62RHC. Heavily rounded spines and choils for comfort in any grip. Full length distal taper. Balance is about straight up from the heel for a pinch grip. 50/50 ground and 50/50 sharpened.
Octagon Wa handles- 2 are Stabilized Curly Walnut from Farron Moore at Dreamburls and the 3rd is Stabilized Curly Maple from My pal Jim Clow. Ferrules are Black Paper Micarta
Overall length- 16"
