I just finished this one today and thought I'd share. My first go at force aging steel. It was a rather laborious process, but I'm happy with how it turned out. Thanks for checking out my work! :biggrin:
-.235" O1 tool steel heat/cryo treated by Peters to 59-60 RC
-8.75" OAL
-4.75" blade
-10.9 ounces
-Hollow ground primary bevel (36" radius) with convex edge
-Force aged & tumbled
-Desert ironwood scales, copper liners, micarta pins, & carbon fiber lanyard tube
Oh, and here's something I should be finishing up soon . . . the first Hatcher Kukri:
