Ok this is what I see on a 154cm blade I have had heat treated . I look at it under a 10x magnifying glass and the metal look like a broken window . I have finally sanded to 3000 grit and noticed that most of the crack marks are gone now. Is the scale from heat treat and cryo normally make the steel looked like a shattered window. ?????? It the first one ive ever noticed and I use a 10x on every blade. Is this a sign that the blade could fail under use??? Meaning snap. kellyw
