Hedge trimmer

Just finished this for the father in law for Christmas. The blade is 1/4 inch thick 12 inches long convex ground 5160. I did a multi step acid etch on the blade to give it a sort of camo appearance(the black on the blade is mirror polished, it just came out black in the pic). Fittings are blued copper with the pommel carved to match the handle. Handle is gemsbok with a polyamber bead spacer. OAL is 18 inches.
