Hi everyone. My name is Roger. I've been acquiring knives for about 15 years and this year I decided to try to get serious abou it and try to focus on collector grade knives. I try, I really do. But every now and then I see a new factory knife or relatively inexpensive custom knife and I just have to have it so I can hold it in my hand. My favorite knife is usually the one I got the most recently.

Like I said, I've been acquiring for a long time but don't really know much about serious collecting. I'm hoping to learn from the rest of you. I'm afraid that the more I learn the less it seems I know. There is just so much to learn. I look forward to hearing from everyone and looking in on all the forums to pick up new information. Like someone else recently said, please forgive my stupid questions. I thought I'd ask in advance.

Here's one of my latest knives. I'm not sure if I should put this picture here, but I thought you might like to see it. I hope is meets with your approval.

Bruce,

Thanks for the nice words. I saw your web page and I'm blown away by the beauty and craftsmanship I saw there. I can't imagine how hard it must be to make a knife and pistol in one unit. They are beautiful!

We lived Redmond for 12 years before moving back to Kansas in 2000. I remember the Walla Walla Sweets. Nothing like that in Kansas!

Take care,
Roger

Hi Roger,
Is Redmond anywhere near Olathe? I spent the first 11 years of my life there.
Hey thanks for the kind words.
