I'm an Engineer by trade and overall skill collector. I have many interests all centered around craftsmanship, Engineering, outdoors etc. I am the definition of a rookie knifemaker and I'm Glad to be here.
I have learned a lot from this community and hope to add to that knowledge base to help the next generation of doers learn and grow.

I've built 10-12 full tang fix blades and hope to keep going. The short video shows my general process.

I've got a homebuilt 2x72 (kmg clone) in the garage and I'm working on a set of plans for it so others might be able to build one too.
