Holes, drills, and reamers

So I plan on standardizing on as few as possible sizes to reduce the necessary equipment. It would seem that for slipjoints and folders in general there are a limited number sizes of pins. It seems I can get away with 1/16" for most scale stuff, and I am hoping for 3/32" for spring and pivot holes. I believe 1/8 or 5/32 would work for loveless. I realize I can use whatever size I like, but I am not asking that, but what are the common standards?

Anyway, questions:
1. Am I missing any major options?
2. What size drills do I need for these?
3. What size reamers do I need to go with them?
4. When can I get away with just a drill and not need a reamer?
5. Do I need carbide reamers, or will cobalt or HSS do when cutting post heat-treat blades and springs?
