also i do collect cleavers and i have only seen two of these knives ever.....i have the other one....it is a littlesmaller but exactly the same......the thing thast threw me is the angle on the handle....it is also thinner(the piece that comes out at an angle).......it would work great as a meat cleaver(kinda overkill) .....it just doesn't seem like one-itis so different from every style i ever saw.....ryan
