That's some extremely clean looking work, especially for a 3rd knife! Can't find anything to critique...I really like that design and execution.

Thanks for the kind words you guys :) it's such a fun hobby I just wish I had more time to work on them.

Very nice work for a third knife.
The only hint is that is you cut some 400 Grit or finer paper in some long strips you can clean out the glue etc from the hollow handle pins.
Also counter sinking / Chamfering the hollow pins helps remove hot spot points.

Keep up the great work!

That's a whole lotta steel there. It's only your third? Quite impressive work for number three. Looks like you got some skills there.

Darn! I was hoping nobody would notice the glue! That's all that I have left to do to this knife.

Thank you everybody for the nice complements, it really means a lot to me.

Thanks everyone, I am happy with everything except the blueing but cold blueing sucks as it is and trying to do such a large knife makes things even harder. It's blotchy in the areas that I drew the temper on the spine so really there's nothing I could have done to make that part even. The customer was very happy with it and actually likes the way the blueing turned out.

How's the knife making world going with you Matt? Haven't talked to you in a while. I've been having a hard time getting much work done on my knives but its getting better as the weather gets worse. I have thirteen more "orders" to make so I will be busy for a good year or so.
