I learned a lot and had a great time, man his work is precise, Got to work on a disc grinder for the first time and was blown away how well it works I'll have one soon very soon.

Well I don't have a disc grinder "just ordered one" I went to take finishing lessons, and we took a flat ground or so I thought it was flat and flatened it with the disc grinder so I got to learn how to use it properly it would have taken a little learning curve to use it but being shown by a MasterSmith helps a lot, I'll take pics of what I worked on and post then latter on, It is amazing when I took the knife we worked on I thought it was nearly done man Tommy doesnt do ANYTHING half way Its either perfect or we have to fix it,
but I learned alot if any of you guys live in the Dallas east Texas area he does classes and they are affordable and He and his family are all super nice. It's probably the route I'll have to go cause I just can't take the 2 weeks off for the ABS school.

Oh yeah and I got to see the ABS collaboration knife between Tommy, Adam De Rosiers, and I beleive Kyle Royer, It was one of the nicest Knive's I have ever held.
Tommy was working on the handle
