hi again guys,a kichen knife this time on demand for a good friend.
so the blade are made of 440c steel 22cm.length, 3mm. thik, tapered with convex grind
the handle is iroco with brass pins , handle are sealed with for layers of cyanoacrylic glue
the scabard are made from spruce,and iroco wooden pin to secure the knife in.

to be precise this knife is tough like mule it can slicing and chopin from veggies to pork ribs and poultry with no problem thanx to the convex grind!.... okay maybe not a paper thin slices but for normal every day needs its superb!
