Knife blanks

A church friend visited me today and we got to talking about knives...who would of guessed :D... anyway he said he had a big batch of knife blanks from when he worked in a steel plant of some kind and asked if I wanted them. He found them in a boxcar they were throwing them away and he has had them for years.

He said they had a name stamped on them and thought it said Cooper. I can reprofile and maybe thin them to get the name off.

Cooper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow -- maybe. However I thing as a starting point I believe Nelson Cooper did all or almost all mhis knives with narrow tangs. Got to check them out for sure, though. Frank
 
Either way ,you scored,.. one can be a good score,knife blanks ..if it really says Cooper,and its NELSON Cooper,.. you may have scored great.
