I recently completed my first knife and found it very fufilling. I have always looked for new ways to integrate my leatherwork into other areas of crafting, such as bags, belts, rifle slings, sheaths and pouches. I have made some pretty cool stuff, but this was my first attempt at a knife. Judging from the quality of the work I've seen on this sit so far I still have a long way to go, and that just pumps me up more! It seems like there is always something different to do. I will be sharing my journey with this group and hope that the constructive suggestions of those more experienced will assist me.
