Yes it’s low layer (15). Yes I wish I’d had more of the original billet to fold, but I used that in another project. I also wish I knew what the wood is.

I happen to like low layer Damascus - makes the layers stand out.

I like the low layered too. Everyone lately wants to do 1000 layers! This was a low layered boneing/fillet that I twisted. Was made from a drop from a buddies shop. I called it "Tiger Tail Twist" in honer of that show that was on when I built it (never watched it but my GF did), name was a joke! Turned out to be one of my favorit knives and I use it all the time!

It should be under your app store. Apples version is Visual Lookup. Android is Google Lens.
